Circolo Golf Bogogno

“The first work” of the American designer Robert Von Hagge is set amid the splendid scenery of the hills behind Lake Maggiore and already fully merits its inclusion among the best courses in Italy and Europe. Bogogno’s 36 holes are set in about 550 acres of hilly land, typical of the area between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The characteristic landscape of the holes varies according to the course. The “Bonora” course, set in hilly ground, has a wilder nature with streams and untouched woods which makes it particularly pleasant at first sight, while the “Del Conte” course is much flatter and has an “American” design, with plenty of wide spaces, very large lakes and wild rough.
