In October 2007 in the ancient Beckwith school in the locality Serre di Angrogna, the Museo delle Donne Valdesi (Waldesian women museum) was inaugurated after its new allestment and restoration. It was founded in 1989 by the Unione femminile Valdese from the chiesa di Angrogna, and displays a series of objects tied with the working, daily and religious lives of Waldesian women at the end of the ‘800s. The exhibition is enriched by a series of panels giving the biographies on the various leading women who have contributed to the Waldesian and international protestant history.
