Lago Maggiore LetterAltura 2012

From the banks of Lago Maggiore to the valleys of Cusio and dell’Ossola, LetterAltura returns for the sixth year, bringing along guests such as the mountain-climbers Ermanno Salvaterra e Maurizio Giordani; writers such as Luis Sepulveda, Paolo Rumiz, Pino Cacucci, Cristiano Cavina, Andrea Molesino, Eddy Cattaneo, Marco Albino Ferrari, Marco Revelli, Pap Khouma, Benito Mazzi, Angelo del Boca, Laura Parisi. 55 events are programmed, with meetings with the authors, shows, creative workshops and more than 60 national and international guests to focus the attention on the mountains, a global priority of humanity. Thematic journeys will also be presented: Mountain-Climbing, the goat, the goat cheese, Mountains of Europe, and an area for children with readings and meetings dedicated to them.
