Vicoforte is easily accessible from Mondovì. Take the Turin-Savona motorway, follow the city by-pass and follow directions for Vicoforte, which is only a few minutes away.
The Sanctuary is located south of the town.
Turn back slightly and take the detour for Vasco and Villanova Mondovì. This lovely road at the foot of the mountains takes you to Chiusa Pesio.
The road then rises and follows the entire Pesio Valley up to the head of the valley. Returning down the Pesio Valley as far as Chiusa, turn left towards Peveragno. Cuneo is 11 kilometres away.
